I liked this tutorial because it really helped me know how to draw and get the real look of an eye, knowing my eyes are always drawn terrible. Also, it helped me be more careful with my colors.

The River of Doubt

Theodore Roosevelt was an intelligent man who had been president several years in a row. It all went downhill for him in 1912, when he had lost his election to Woodrow Wilson. About two weeks before Election Day, Theodore was shot and luckily was protected by his thick equipment. Theodore had five children, but he mainly talked to his son Kermit, who was very brave and wise, and Theodore was very unhappy and ashamed about his loss of the election so, in 1913-14, he had went to South America to visit his son and go on a trip to an unknown place. Kermit was engaged to Belle Willard before the big trip, and in 1914 she was known as Belle Roosevelt. Theodore had carried Morphine for years over his adventures and also to his trip to the unknown place. When on his journey, Theodore had almost died from malaria (along with most of his men including Kermit), and a bacterial infection he got from cutting his leg on a rock. Theodore also got bit by a snake but if it wasn’t for his thick boots, he would have been dead. One of the porters had gotten so hungry he began to steal food and eventually became chaos for the men on the journey because he had killed one of them. Kermit, his son, was very skilled and had saved his father’s life by carrying him out of the boat and through the rest of the expedition. In the end, Roosevelt had decided to rename the river Rio Roosevelt. On June 4, 1943, Kermit had committed suicide with a gun for some unknown reason.

Copyright laws

When you write music, you immediately have copyrights because it is your own work but you are in control of those copyrights' laws. The copyrights last until the artist of the music pass away and with an additional 70 years added on. Also, copyrights ahve to be renewed by 1923-1977Having copyrights to music or lyrics really means that your having protection over your personal writing(s) and that other people may not sell off or record, ect. the music or lyrics depending on what choosen law was written. The current year for public domain music in the US is 1922 or earlier. The proof of public domain is the proof of music, lyrics, ect. being available to be copied or copyrighten. You may only copyright 18% of the music or lyrics when copyrighting.

Bright Tunes Music Corp. said that George Harrison plagiarized the song they had written, but he was found not guilty by the judge.

identity theft

What mistakes did this woman make to have her identity stolen? She uses her debit card unwisely and uses it almost anywhere she went. Why do you feel ID Theft is such a common problem these days? I think it’s because people don’t take very good care of their personal stuff. What type of documents or personal belongings would someone have to obtain to steal a person’s identity? I would say mainly their social security number. What are some ideas that you would suggest to someone to protect their identity from being stolen? Check your credit report regularly, shred your personal stuff, don’t give out social security number unless you know the person personally or a bank, ect.
Who do you think is to blame, the person stealing the identity, or the person who is not protecting themselves from identity theft? Both because the person stealing it shouldn’t even try in the first place and then the other person should take responsibility and protect their identity.

Emerging Technology

http://www.gizmag.com/turbo-fire-evo-wireless-xbox-controller/20036/

The Turbo Fire EVO Wireless Xbox Controller with cheat-friendly LCD display is some of the newest technology in 2011. It is used to get easier access to the settings and profiles. This controller is usable in many different ways with gaming and downloading. It accepts two AA batteries like any other controller. I think the controller could really help out with any big time gamer.

No i don't have any thoughts on this. I could see these being used maybe in everyday life as time goes by, such as advertising.
